As an Academic Service Partner, a crucial role will be played by you in helping students strengthen their understanding of Maths/Science subjects. Conducting online classes, clarifying doubts, and creating a positive learning environment for students in grades 4 to 10 will be your primary responsibilities.

Byjus Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct online classes and provide clear explanations for Maths/Science subjects.
- Offer error-free step-by-step solutions to student queries.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Meet the weekly session requirement of 18 sessions and additional responsibilities of up to 10 hours per week.
- Non-session activities to be conducted between 3 PM to 4:30 PM, while sessions will be held from 4:30 PM to 9 PM (timings to be predefined post-training).
- Parent-teacher conferences, homework correction, peer evaluations, participation in training and monthly assessments, and any additional workload to improve student performance between 3 PM and 9 PM are all additional duties.
Qualifications:
- Passion for teaching and making a positive impact in the field of education.
- For grades 4 through 10, a solid foundation in math and science is required.
- English communication abilities, both vocal and written, at the highest level.
- the capacity to translate theoretical understanding into use in practice.
- Freshers and candidates with previous teaching experience are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively.
- Ability to deliver lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet student needs.
- flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and evenings.
Byjus Benefits:
- Compensation of 20,000 INR per month with at least 28 hours of work per week.
