Key Responsibilities:
- Assist end users via chat sessions, promptly addressing their inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive log notes in the ticketing system for customer interaction history.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, office suite, and browser-related issues.
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve mobile device issues.
- Efficiently handle multiple customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Utilize soft skills like active listening and empathy when interacting with non-technical customers.
Requirements:
- Any graduate degree.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in:
- PC/Laptop usage.
- Basic Networking.
- Chrome, Edge & Mozilla Firefox.
- Operating systems.
- MS Office 2016.
