- Management Trainees (MTs)
- Design Trainees (DTs)
Departments:
MTs will be placed in various departments of HAL, including Production, Design, Engineering, and Finance.
DTs will be placed in the Design Department of HAL.
Educational Qualifications:
For MTs: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
For DTs: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
HAL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
MTs: The selection process will consist of an online test, group discussion, and personal interview.
DTs: The selection process will consist of an online test, design aptitude test, and personal interview.
Salary:
MTs: Approximately Rs. 60,000 per month.
DTs: Approximately Rs. 50,000 per month.
