Responsibilities:
- L1 Service Desk Technical Support (JL2A & JL3A)/Voice+Chat (NO 2B) is a primary responsibility.
- The role requires a 24/7 weekly shift roster and experience in handling international phone calls.
- The job involves 6 days of work per week and caters to European customers from the client location at Bellandur, Bangalore.
- Troubleshooting tasks include printers, Outlook/webmail/Add-ins/PST/DST/, BSOD, Bitlocker, MS Teams, Password reset, Active Directory, and BIOS.
- Familiarity with using the Ping command.
- Understanding the distinction between incidents and service requests is necessary.
- Being aware of the SLA/Metrics handled is essential for the role.
