Position: Customer Support (International Chat Process)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy.
- Basic English communication and chat simulation skills.
- Adherence to company transportation policies.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7) with no leaves in the first three months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide chat-based customer support.
- Handle complaints professionally and strive to resolve them.
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and ask for business.
- Show empathy and patience to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of processes and procedures.
