Job Description Are you ready to kickstart your corporate journey? MyOperator is seeking an HR Ops Intern for a remote position to support our Human Resources team in various operational functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in administering the employee lifecycle, managing HRMS, generating reports, ensuring policy compliance, and handling various transactional tasks, including documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate timely completion of employee onboarding, including documentation, credential creation, issuance of appointment letters, employee codes, salary account setup, and initiation of background checks.
- Manage HRMS enrollment for new hires and deactivate accounts for resignations, ensuring accurate employee data in HRMS and HRIS.
- Uphold HR policies and ensure adherence to them.
- Assist with payroll inputs, salary structuring, and salary preparation for all employees.
- Prepare attendance reports and oversee attendance and leave policies.
- Understand basic statutory compliance related to minimum wages, PF, Gratuity, and TDS.
- Maintain employee personal files, records, and databases.
- Review existing processes and propose improvements.
- Effectively communicate and address employee grievances.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of HR Ops experience in a product, internet, or e-commerce company (Mandatory).
- Familiarity with industry trends.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Previous experience with HRMS (Preferred but not essential).
- Passion for excel in the HR Ops/HR analytics domain.
- A strong focus on operational excellence.
- A keen interest in and understanding of technology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
