Job Description:
- Act as a mentor and career advisor for potential learners.
- Counsel and guide prospects on CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Handle the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads.
- Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and provide feedback.
- Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in specific languages (Bengali/Gujarati/Odia/Kannada/Marathi/Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Punjabi).
- Highly dedicated, hardworking, and reliable.
- Empathetic with great patience.
- Systematic approach to sales, target-oriented.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- EdTech sales experience is a plus.
Work Location: Work from Home (WFH) with flexibility to come to the office when required.
Working Days: 6-day week.
