NxtWave: Business Development Associate_Sales

Job Description:

  • Act as a mentor and career advisor for potential learners.
  • Counsel and guide prospects on CCBP 4.0 Programs.
  • Handle the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads.
  • Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and provide feedback.
  • Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in specific languages (Bengali/Gujarati/Odia/Kannada/Marathi/Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Punjabi).
  • Highly dedicated, hardworking, and reliable.
  • Empathetic with great patience.
  • Systematic approach to sales, target-oriented.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • EdTech sales experience is a plus.

Work Location: Work from Home (WFH) with flexibility to come to the office when required.

Working Days: 6-day week.
