Position Description:
We are working to create a set of cutting-edge data analytics dashboards that will help our talent advisors and talent advisory management make smart decisions. You will contribute to establishing a data-driven culture that will prioritize making wise decisions and alter the way our talent acquisition department runs. We are combining cutting-edge technologies with stunning visualization and user experience by utilizing AI, ML, and visualization tools.
As part of the Oracle Talent Acquisition department, you will collaborate with a number of teams to provide comprehensive data analytics and reporting requirements. You will also understand the company’s operations and offer insightful recommendations to help it achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Making and carrying out timetables and plans for programs
- Managing resource allocation and dashboards
- Recognizing and reducing potential risks and difficulties
- Interacting and working together with program stakeholders
- Finding the benefits and drawbacks of a program
- To ensure accurate reporting and data analysis capability, thoroughly manual test the Reporting and Analytics Dashboard.
- Work together with the development team to comprehend the dashboard’s requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Based on the outlined requirements, create and carry out thorough test strategies, test cases, and test scripts.
- Find data inconsistencies and anomalies, look into them, and report them using the reporting and analytics features of the dashboard.
- Using the proper bug tracking and test management tools, document test findings, defects, and test coverage for the development team.
- Attend agile/scrum meetings and contribute your thoughts on testing efforts, progress reports, and risk analysis.
- To achieve alignment and prompt issue resolution, work with cross-functional teams that include developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Keep abreast of the latest testing techniques, reporting and analytics tool developments, and industry best practices.
