Role Focus:
Seeking individuals excited to learn about People Operations. Support Interns at SpringVerify provide excellent customer service and gain insights into background verification.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and resolve verification-related issues.
- Learn about education, employment, and address verification processes.
- Understand products to offer accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with teams for an enhanced customer experience.
- Solve problems effectively and communicate professionally.
- Utilize CRM systems and relevant applications.
- Improve support process with customer interaction feedback.
Your Initial Weeks:
- Training on communication tools and SpringVerify.
- Handle 10 insufficiency tickets daily (1st & 2nd week).
- Handle and close 30 insufficiency tickets daily (3rd & 4th week).
- Close 50 tickets daily, understanding support function (5th week).
Required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
- High initiative, strong communication skills.
- Empathy, problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enthusiastic team player.
Salary: Rs. 21,000
