- Resolve customer queries via Call & Chat.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Minimum HSC qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Commitment to no planned leave for the first 3 months.
- 9-hour workday with 1-hour break.
- Role: Customer Retention – Voice / Blended.
