Position Description:
The major goal of this position is to make sure that the disbursement targets are met while keeping the delinquency rate low. Important obligations include:
- choosing Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) that are appropriate and distributing loans that are tailored to the requirements of the target market and a particular geographic area.
- Fostering business growth by supervising team development and management within designated territories in order to further our reach and market penetration.
- appraising the possible customer base, determining whether our items are acceptable in new areas, and locating potential new markets.
- Managing payments, repayments, and delinquencies effectively to hit daily and weekly collection goals.
- Monitoring closely disbursed loans, especially those whose payments are becoming late.
- Communicating with loan applicants, participating in center meetings, and performing routine field visits.
- Monitoring and tightly controlling regular dues, nonstarters, delinquencies, and fraudulent activity to maintain the quality of our portfolio.
- Building trusting relationships with customers both internally and externally to strengthen the reputation of our brand and appeal to future clients.
- Ensuring regular daily and weekly meetings as well as numerous trips to facilities.
- Freshers and people with up to five years of experience working as sales officers in the microfinance industry are both eligible for this position.
- It is preferred to have a rudimentary understanding of how the JLG model and microfinance company operate.
