Job Description:
Program Overview
- Embark on a 12-month Paid Apprenticeship program with comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Work 9 hours a day (including a 1-hour break) for 5 days a week.
- Engage in online assessments at the 3-month and 11-month marks.
- Receive a Government-recognized and Starbucks co-branded certificate upon successful program completion.
Training Focus
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons.
- Craft the Starbucks Experience by ensuring prompt service, serving top-quality beverages and products, and maintaining a spotless and inviting store environment.
- Adhere to TATA Starbucks’ guiding principles in all actions and interactions.
Education Requirements:
- Enrolled students in 11th grade or equivalent, or possess a 10th-grade certificate.
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- A valid Aadhar (National Identity) card is mandatory.
