Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility and assist prospective students in making the best decision
- a service or good and aid them in making wiser professional decisions.
- answer questions about the company and its products.
- accountable for placing outbound calls and conducting routine follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Selling Student Memberships in accordance with their needs.
- accountable for thoroughly describing the aspects of the product and how to use the packaging.
- delivering the optimum level of client service
Telecaller Requirements:
- equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Experience in telesales or domestic outbound essential
- Basic Hindi language comprehension and communication.
- The minimum age is 18 or older.
- Outstanding verbal communication.
- the capacity to abruptly change your communication approach.
- Outstanding communication, research, and record-keeping abilities.
- ability to take criticism without taking it personally.
