Job Description:

  • The duties of an executive assistant include managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, conferences, and meetings around the world. You will be in charge of organizing all aspects of the CEO’s travel, including hotel reservations, cab arrangements, and visa arrangements. In addition, the position requires processing ordinary emails, phone calls, and correspondence with both domestic and foreign clients and vendors.
  • Maintaining a robust follow-up mechanism to guarantee projects and assignments are completed on time is an essential component of the role. You will need to share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams, keep the CEO updated on any developments, and present status reports for current initiatives.
  • Working on ad hoc research projects with a focus on precision and attention to detail may also be part of the job. In day-to-day activities, integrity and the capacity for maintaining secrecy are highly appreciated traits.
  • The position also entails planning and providing for meetings, get-togethers, and events, which may necessitate keeping up of current trends and business happenings.
